Drink Your Cranberry Juice!


Cranberry juice is probably a common drink for most women as it helps combat Urinary Tract Infections so well. But I read today about an added benefit of drinking cranberry juice that now has me making sure I keep this drink around all the time.

Drinking two and half small glasses of cranberry juice a day can help keep your arteries clear. The juice is full of flavanoids that help protect your heart's health. So does red wine and tea. Drinking several cups of any kind of tea daily is also good for your arteries.

According to the Realage Health Program getting 31 miligrams of flavonoids daily can make your Realage 3.2 years younger! So what else can you eat or drink to get these all-important heart disease fighting flavonoids?

Whole fruits and veggies
Orange Juice
Tomato Juice
Healthy fats such as olive oil (not butter) and peanuts (not chips)
