Fisher Price Recalls Pots and Pans Sets

Missing screws on many sets of Pots and Pans sold by Fisher Price has caused the company to issue a recall of bout 15,000 sets.

The recall affects the Learning Pots and Pans toy sets sold by Fisher Price, which include stackable pots and pans, a lid and shape-sorting blocks. The toys have light and sound features. Model number G6685 is located on the bottom of the blue pan. The toys were made in China and sold in discount department and toy stores nationwide from October 2007 to August 2008 for about $20.

Parents should check the bottom of the blue pan and see if there are six screws. If there are, than nothing else needs to be done, according to Fisher Price. However, if there are missing screws, then contact Fisher Price for a replacement blue pan.
