A Healthier Me?

I started out this year with the goal of really losing some pounds (like maybe 20??,) getting more exercise and just all around getting myself healthier.

That was in January.

Somehow March has stealthily crept up, and guess what? I think I may have lost a couple of pounds. I did start doing Yoga. 1x. Hey-it counts, doesn't it? And I have walked with the hubby a few times around the local school track.

Pitiful. I know.

I just don't do it, not regularly at least. So I need tips, suggestions, motivation...and I am finding it on this site!
