Skippy Peanut Butter Recall



Check your pantry : Certain types of Skippy Peanut Butter have been recalled according to the Food and Drug Administration.


There are only two Skippy Peanut Butter products affected in the recall so far-- the 16.3 ounce plastic jars of Skippy Reduced Fat Creamy Peanut Butter and Skippy Reduced Fat Super Chunk Peanut Butter. Both were recalled by the manufacturer,  Unilever United States, after routine testing showed salmonella may be present.

The states affected by this recall include: Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Wisconsin.
