Johnson's Baby Cares

Johnson's baby products are a very familiar sight in our home. I have been using their shampoos, lotions and baby powders since my first baby was born. So I am so happy to learn that Johnson's Baby Cares has partnered with Save the Children
- an organization dedicated to improving the health of moms and babies worldwide. 

Johnson's is donating Baby "Care Kits" stocked with baby essentials (lotions, washes, shampoos, diaper creams, etc) to Save the Children who will then distribute them to families in disaster stricken situations. They will also provide funding that enables Save the Children programming, such as Child Friendly Spaces, which supplies moms and children with safe areas to recover, play and experience the joy of being together as a family following a disaster.

And we can all help raise much needed funds for these vital causes. All it takes is a few moments of your time. Go to YouTube and watch Johnson's  "Happy Mother's Day, Mom -- You're Doing OK" video. Johnson's will donate an additional $50,000 to Save the Children when they reach 500,000 views.

Taking time to give back is important to me, and something I strive to teach my kids. So often we get caught up in our busy day to day lives, and forget that there are families -  moms, dads and kids that need help. 

 So now when I see one of those Johnson's shampoo bottles in our bathroom it will be the perfect reminder to slow down, say thanks, and give back.
