Sprinkle onion powder, crushed red pepper, and a little salt/pepper on some salmon fillets, and marinade the fillets overnight. Grill or broil the next day for a delicious and healthy meal!

Marinade:

* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
* 4 cloves garlic, minced
* 3 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
* 2 tablespoons white sugar
* 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
* 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
